Air Fried Potato Wedges

  • Author: Emily Carter
  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 3-4 servings

Description

Golden, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, these Air Fried Potato Wedges are the ultimate comfort side. Made with just a handful of ingredients and minimal oil, they are healthier than traditional fried wedges and packed with flavor.

Ingredients

  • 3 medium russet potatoes
  • 1.5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Cut each potato into 6–8 wedges of similar thickness.
  2. Soak the wedges in cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
  3. Drain and pat dry completely with a clean towel.
  4. In a large bowl, toss the wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  6. Arrange the wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15–20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Once golden and crispy, remove and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
