Description
Golden, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, these Air Fried Potato Wedges are the ultimate comfort side. Made with just a handful of ingredients and minimal oil, they are healthier than traditional fried wedges and packed with flavor.
Ingredients
- 3 medium russet potatoes
- 1.5 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Cut each potato into 6–8 wedges of similar thickness.
- Soak the wedges in cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
- Drain and pat dry completely with a clean towel.
- In a large bowl, toss the wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
- Arrange the wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15–20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Once golden and crispy, remove and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
