Ingredients

- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Cooking spray or light oil drizzle
For the Honey BBQ Sauce:
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite kind)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (optional)
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Pat chicken dry and cut into even bite-sized pieces.
- In three bowls, prepare: (1) seasoned flour, (2) beaten eggs, (3) panko breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each chicken piece in flour, dip in egg, then coat in breadcrumbs.
