Ingredients
- 500g ground beef
- 500g ground pork
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
- 2 tablespoons oil or butter (for frying)
Instructions
- Prepare the Onion Mixture: In a pan, heat a little oil and sauté the chopped onion until softened and translucent. Allow to cool.
- Mix the Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, cooled onions, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, eggs, mustard, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is fully incorporated.
