Description

Golden, crispy, and loaded with flavor, these Baked Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges are the perfect side dish or appetizer. Coated with garlic, herbs, and Parmesan cheese, then roasted until perfectly crisp on the outside and tender inside.


Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and scrub potatoes, then cut each into 8 uniform wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, toss wedges with olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add Parmesan cheese and toss again to coat evenly.
  5. Arrange wedges on the prepared baking sheet, skin side down.
  6. Bake for 35–40 minutes or until golden and crisp, flipping halfway if desired.
  7. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan if using.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy.
