- 1 package (about 9 oz) refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 1 cup cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons chipotle sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
