Ingredients
1 large bunch curly kale (about 8–10 cups torn into pieces)
1 ½ tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
½ teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast optional
¼ teaspoon garlic powder or onion powder optional
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
2. Wash kale, remove stems, and tear into bite sized pieces
3. Dry kale completely using a salad spinner or kitchen towel
4. Place kale in bowl and drizzle olive oil and vinegar
5. Massage leaves for 1–2 minutes to coat evenly
6. Add salt and optional seasonings then toss
7. Spread kale in single layer on baking sheet
8. Bake 20–25 minutes until crisp
9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving
