Ingredients

For the Sauce:
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1.5 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp rice vinegar or lime juice
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
- Marinate chicken with soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil. Let sit for 10–15 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix all sauce ingredients until smooth. Set aside.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok or skillet. Sear mushrooms 3–5 minutes until browned. Set aside.
- Add remaining oil and stir-fry chicken until golden and cooked through.
