Ingredients
1 can (8-count) refrigerated biscuit dough
1 cup blueberry pie filling
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Optional: powdered sugar for dusting
Optional: 2 tablespoons flour
Optional: 1 tablespoon sugar
Optional: 1 tablespoon melted butter (for streusel topping)
Nonstick cooking spray or parchment paper
Instructions
1. Remove biscuit dough from the can and flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.
2. Spoon 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons of blueberry filling into the center of each dough circle.
3. Pinch the edges together to seal tightly and roll into a ball, seam-side down.
4. Lightly spray the air fryer basket or line it with parchment paper.
5. Arrange bombs in the basket with space between each. Do not overcrowd.
6. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Brush bombs with melted butter, then roll or sprinkle with the mixture. Add streusel if using.
7. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes until golden brown, rotating if needed.
8. Cool slightly, dust with powdered sugar, and serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
Keep biscuit dough chilled until ready to use for easier handling.
Don’t overfill the center to avoid bursting during cooking.
You can substitute other pie fillings like cherry or apple for variety.
