Ingredients

- 1 tbsp olive oil
For the Bourbon Peach BBQ Sauce:
- 2 ripe peaches, peeled and chopped (or 1 cup canned peaches in juice)
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Prep the Chicken: Pat dry and season chicken with salt and pepper. Set aside or marinate for 2-4 hours.
