 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients:
- Wash and cut the broccoli into florets. Slice the mushrooms evenly. Mince the garlic and grate the ginger.
 - In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), and cornstarch mixture to create the sauce.

 - Blanch the Broccoli:
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
 - Add broccoli and blanch for 30 seconds. Drain and immediately rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.

 - Add mushrooms and cook for 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside.

 - Stir-Fry the Vegetables:
- In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil, garlic, and ginger.
 - Cook for 30 seconds until fragrant, then add the blanched broccoli and cooked mushrooms.
 - Pour in the prepared sauce and toss everything together. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and evenly coats the vegetables.
