Description

Craving a sweet, bite-sized indulgence that looks as good as it tastes? These Brown Sugar Toffee Truffles are everything you want in a no-bake treat: rich, buttery flavor, crunchy toffee bits, and a silky chocolate shell. They’re perfect for quick breakfast treats, holiday dessert trays, or easy dinner party finales. Whether you’re browsing for dessert ideas, easy recipes, or delicious food ideas to impress guests, this is a must-make. Sweet, simple, and impossible to resist.

Ingredients

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup unsalted butter

2 tablespoons heavy cream

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup crushed toffee bits

4 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 1/4 cups powdered sugar

8 ounces milk or dark chocolate, for coating

2 ounces white chocolate, optional for drizzle

Instructions

1. In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is fully dissolved and the mixture begins to bubble.

2. Remove from heat and stir in heavy cream and vanilla extract. Allow the mixture to cool for 5–10 minutes.

3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in the cooled brown sugar mixture until fully incorporated.

4. Add powdered sugar a bit at a time until the mixture is thick and scoopable. Fold in the crushed toffee bits.

5. Cover and chill the mixture for at least 2 hours or until firm enough to shape.

6. Scoop and roll into 1-inch balls. Place on a parchment-lined tray.

7. Melt the chocolate and dip each ball, coating completely. Let set on parchment paper.

8. Drizzle with melted white chocolate if using. Let set completely before serving or storing.

Notes

Ensure the brown sugar is fully melted to avoid a grainy texture.

Let the caramel mixture cool before combining with cream cheese.

Use a good-quality chocolate for best flavor and coating results.
