Ingredients
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
13.5 oz coconut milk
12 oz evaporated milk
3 large eggs

1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tbsp baking powder
1 pinch salt
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 10-inch bundt or ring mold pan generously with butter or nonstick spray.
2. In a blender, combine sweetened condensed milk, coconut milk, evaporated milk, eggs, and softened butter. Blend until completely smooth.
3. Add flour, baking powder, and salt to the blender. Blend just until combined, avoiding overmixing.
4. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and gently fold in the shredded sweetened coconut using a spatula.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 45–55 minutes or until golden on top and slightly firm with a gentle jiggle in the center.
6. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 30–45 minutes. Then carefully invert onto a serving plate.
7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to set the texture.
