Ingredients

2 cups cooked shredded chicken

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

3 ounces cream cheese softened

1 packet ranch seasoning mix 1 ounce

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons chopped parsley

3 tablespoons cooked bacon bits optional

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough 16 ounces

3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder for topping

1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F 190°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a bowl combine shredded chicken mozzarella cheddar cream cheese ranch seasoning garlic powder onion powder and black pepper.

3. Mix until the filling becomes creamy and well combined.

4. Fold in parsley and bacon bits if using.

5. Separate biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit into a 3 to 4 inch circle.

6. Place about 2 tablespoons of filling in the center of each dough circle.

7. Pull the dough edges over the filling and pinch tightly to seal.

8. Roll gently into a smooth ball and place seam side down on the baking sheet.

9. Mix melted butter garlic powder parsley and Parmesan in a small bowl.

10. Brush the garlic butter mixture over each chicken bomb.

11. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown and puffed.

12. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for deeper flavor and faster preparation.

Avoid overfilling the biscuits so the dough seals properly during baking.

For extra crispiness bake the bombs on a wire rack placed over a baking sheet.
