Cheesy Taco Sticks are a fun, handheld twist on classic tacos. Made with seasoned ground beef, melty cheddar cheese, and wrapped in golden, buttery pizza dough, these are perfect for snacks, meals, or party appetizers. Serve them with your favorite dips for a satisfying and crowd-pleasing treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Optional: chopped fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened. Let cool slightly.

  5. Add a spoonful of taco meat and a generous sprinkle of cheese along each strip.
  6. Fold dough over filling and pinch edges to seal. Place seam side down on the baking sheet.
  7. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder.
