Each roll features tender pasta sheets wrapped around a savory mixture of shredded chicken, ricotta, and cheese, all blanketed in a rich Alfredo sauce and baked until bubbly and golden. Ingredients
- 8 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles until al dente. Drain and lay flat on parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Spread 2-3 tablespoons of the filling on each noodle and roll up.
- Place rolls seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolls and top with remaining mozzarella.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake another 10-15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve.
