Ingredients

1 box (3 oz) red flavored gelatin

1 box (3 oz) green flavored gelatin

2 packets unflavored gelatin

1 cup hot water

1/2 cup cold water

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

2 cups shredded coconut

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)


Instructions

1. Dissolve each flavored gelatin in hot water until smooth

2. Mix in unflavored gelatin thoroughly

3. Add sweetened condensed milk and stir well

4. Add cold water and refrigerate until thickened

5. Scoop and roll into small balls

6. Coat each ball with shredded coconut

7. Chill again until firm

Notes

Keep the mixture chilled while working to avoid stickiness

Use damp hands to roll smoother balls
