Ingredients

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature

3/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 cup red and green M&M’s

3/4 cup white chocolate chips

1/2 cup mini pretzels, broken

1/2 cup crushed potato chips

1/4 cup holiday sprinkles


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.

2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

3. In a large bowl, cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy (2-3 minutes).

4. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.

5. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.

6. Fold in M&M’s, white chocolate chips, pretzels, potato chips, and sprinkles.

7. Scoop dough into 2-tablespoon portions onto baking sheet. Optionally chill for 20-30 minutes.

8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are golden and centers slightly soft.

9. Cool on tray for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack. Press extra toppings on top while warm.

Notes
