A warm, flaky dessert pizza made from crescent rolls, topped with melted butter, cinnamon sugar, and drizzled with a sweet vanilla glaze. Simple to make and incredibly delicious, it’s the perfect treat for brunches, parties, or cozy nights in.
Ingredients
- 1 can (8 oz) crescent roll dough
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk (more as needed)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll crescent roll dough and press seams together to form a solid sheet. Shape into a circle or rectangle.
- Brush melted butter evenly over the dough.
- In a small bowl, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the buttered dough.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
- While baking, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract to make the glaze.
- Once the pizza is out of the oven, drizzle glaze over the warm surface.
- Let set for 2–3 minutes, then slice and serve.
