  • Yield: 8 slices

Description

A warm, flaky dessert pizza made from crescent rolls, topped with melted butter, cinnamon sugar, and drizzled with a sweet vanilla glaze. Simple to make and incredibly delicious, it’s the perfect treat for brunches, parties, or cozy nights in.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 oz) crescent roll dough
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk (more as needed)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll crescent roll dough and press seams together to form a solid sheet. Shape into a circle or rectangle.
  3. Brush melted butter evenly over the dough.
  4. In a small bowl, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the buttered dough.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
  6. While baking, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract to make the glaze.
  7. Once the pizza is out of the oven, drizzle glaze over the warm surface.
  8. Let set for 2–3 minutes, then slice and serve.
