Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz (2 blocks) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 oz whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)
- 1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling

In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Stir until fully combined.

Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to set.

In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.

Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue to beat until well combined.

Gently fold in the whipped topping until light and creamy.

Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust.

Spoon the cherry pie filling over the top, spreading it out to cover the surface.
