Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup finely chopped pepperoncini peppers (drained and patted dry)

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup chopped fresh chives

1/4 cup chopped green onions

1 clove garlic, minced

Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Optional garnish: sliced pepperoncini rings, green onions, or chopped parsley

Instructions

1. Let the cream cheese soften at room temperature for 30 minutes.

2. Drain the pepperoncini thoroughly and pat dry to avoid a watery dip.

3. Finely chop the pepperoncini, green onions, and chives. Mince the garlic.

4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth.

5. Stir in the chopped pepperoncini, chives, green onions, and garlic. Add red pepper flakes if desired.

6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix until fully incorporated.

7. Transfer to a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

8. Before serving, stir and garnish with chives, pepperoncini rings, or green onions. Serve cold.

Notes

Always drain and pat the pepperoncini dry to avoid watery texture.

Let the dip chill for at least an hour to fully develop flavor.

Lighten it up by swapping sour cream with Greek yogurt for a healthier option.
