- 1 pound ground beef (80/20 blend)
- 8 slider buns
- 8 slices sharp cheddar cheese
- ½ cup barbecue sauce
- ¾ cup crispy fried onions
- 1 fresh jalapeño, sliced thin (or pickled slices)

- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter (for toasting buns)
Instructions
