Ingredients

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough

8 cubes brie cheese (about 1 inch each)

8 teaspoons cranberry sauce

2 tablespoons butter, melted

1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped (or rosemary)

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Cut the brie into small 1-inch cubes and set aside.

3. Separate biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a round.

4. Place 1 cube of brie and 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce in the center of each round.

5. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.

6. Roll into balls and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.

7. Mix melted butter with garlic powder, thyme, and salt.

8. Brush the tops of the bombs with the seasoned butter.

9. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden brown.

10. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, add chopped pecans inside each bomb for a crunch.

Chill the brie before cutting to make clean slicing easier.

These can be assembled ahead and baked fresh before serving.
