Ingredients
12 oz rigatoni pasta
2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
1 cup sour cream
10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Salt and black pepper to taste
Chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Boil a large pot of salted water. Cook rigatoni until al dente, then drain and set aside.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream and cream of chicken soup. Stir until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Add cooked pasta, shredded chicken, and half the mozzarella and cheddar. Mix well.
