- 1 lb beef sirloin or ribeye, cut into bite-sized cubes

- 6 cloves garlic, finely minced

- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese

- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water. Cook rigatoni until al dente. Reserve 1 cup pasta water, drain, and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Season beef with salt and pepper, sear in batches until browned, then set aside.
- In the same pan, reduce heat and melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
