  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (10 oz) Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilies)
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)



Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add cream of chicken soup, Rotel, and chicken broth. Stir to combine.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is tender.
  4. Shred the chicken with two forks and mix it into the sauce.
  5. Add cubed cream cheese and shredded cheddar. Stir until the cheese starts to melt.
