  • Author: Emily Carter

Description

Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken with Cheesy Twisted Pasta is a hearty, comforting dish featuring seared chicken breasts over a bed of creamy garlic parmesan sauce-coated rotini pasta. It’s indulgent, satisfying, and comes together in about 35 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook rotini pasta according to package directions. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, drain and set aside.
  2. Pat chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and let rest.
  4. Lower the heat to medium. Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes. Slowly stir in parmesan cheese, allowing it to melt.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat. Use reserved pasta water to adjust consistency if needed.
  7. Slice rested chicken and serve over the creamy pasta. Garnish with parsley and extra cheese if desired.
