12 ounces bowtie pasta
1 pound ground beef

1 cup shredded mozzarella (optional)
Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the bowtie pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
3. Add diced onion to the skillet and sauté for 3–4 minutes until softened. Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

5. Add cubed Velveeta cheese to the skillet and stir until melted and smooth.
