Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 packet taco seasoning (or 2 tablespoons homemade mix)
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) pinto beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) corn kernels, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes (with juices)
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 can (4 oz) green chilies
- 2 cups beef broth
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Transfer the beef to your Crock Pot.
- Add onion, black beans, pinto beans, corn, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, green chilies, taco seasoning, and ranch seasoning.
- Pour in the beef broth and gently stir to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
