Ingredients
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz spaghetti (about half a box), cooked separately
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, cubed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: 1 can Rotel, 1/2 cup diced bell peppers or mushrooms
Instructions
- Lightly grease the crockpot insert.
- Place chicken breasts at the bottom and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread cream of chicken soup over the chicken.
- Add cubed cream cheese on top.
- Pour chicken broth around the sides.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
- Once cooked, remove chicken and shred with two forks.
- Return shredded chicken to the crockpot and stir well.
- Cook spaghetti separately according to package directions.
- Drain and stir the pasta into the cheesy chicken mixture.
- Add shredded cheddar and mix until fully melted and incorporated.
- Let sit on WARM for 10–15 minutes before serving.
