Ingredients

  • 2 lbs sirloin steak or chuck roast, cut into 11.5 inch cubes
  • 3 tablespoons butter (divided)
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  2. In a bowl, toss steak cubes with salt, pepper, onion powder, and Italian seasoning until evenly coated.

  4. Transfer steak bites to the crockpot.
  5. Add minced garlic, remaining butter, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce to the crockpot. Stir gently to combine.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until steak is fork-tender.
