Ingredients

2 cups shredded cooked chicken

1 tablespoon taco seasoning

1 tablespoon olive oil

6 cups chopped romaine lettuce

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup cucumber, sliced

1/2 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend

1 cup tortilla strips

1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

1/4 cup salsa or taco sauce

1 tablespoon lime juice

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the shredded chicken. Sprinkle taco seasoning over the chicken and stir until heated through.

2. In a bowl whisk together sour cream or Greek yogurt, salsa, lime juice, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
