Ingredients

2 cups shredded cooked chicken

1/2 cup buffalo sauce

4 oz cream cheese softened

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1 package refrigerated biscuit dough or crescent dough (8 pieces)

2 tbsp melted butter

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley optional

1/3 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing for serving


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a lined baking sheet

2. In a bowl combine shredded chicken buffalo sauce cream cheese cheddar and mozzarella

3. Add garlic powder and onion powder and mix well

4. Flatten dough pieces into circles about 3–4 inches wide

5. Place a spoonful of filling into the center of each dough piece

6. Bring edges of dough up and pinch tightly to seal into a ball

7. Place seam side down on baking sheet leaving space between each

8. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle parsley if desired

9. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown

10. Allow to cool slightly before serving with ranch or blue cheese dressing

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for faster preparation and richer flavor

Seal the dough carefully so the filling does not leak while baking

Brush with garlic butter for extra flavor and a golden crust
