It’s the ultimate quick dessert for holidays, gifting, or whenever you’re craving a sweet citrusy treat. Perfect for beginner cooks or last-minute planners, it’s a delicious way to bring cheer with every bite.

Ingredients

3 cups white chocolate chips or chopped white baking bars

1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

1 cup dried cranberries

1 tablespoon orange zest

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 pinch salt

Instructions

1. Line an 8×8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper or foil, leaving overhang for easy removal, and lightly grease it.

2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk, stirring constantly until smooth.

3. Remove from heat and stir in orange zest, vanilla extract, and salt. Fold in most of the cranberries.

4. Pour mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Press remaining cranberries onto the surface.

5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or freeze for 1 hour until set.

6. Lift out using parchment, slice into squares, and serve.

Notes

Use only fresh, soft dried cranberries for best texture.

High-quality white chocolate melts smoother and tastes better—avoid almond bark.

Press cranberries gently on top to prevent them from falling off after cutting.
