Ingredients

450g chicken breast or thigh (boneless, skinless)

4 cloves garlic (minced)

3 tablespoons butter (unsalted)

1.5 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

1 teaspoon salt

0.5 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup heavy cream

0.75 cup grated Parmesan cheese

300g twisted spaghetti (or any pasta of choice)

2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional)


Instructions

1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and pat dry. Season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.

2. Heat a skillet over medium-high and add olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter. Sear chicken in batches until golden and cooked through, 6–8 minutes. Remove and set aside.

3. In the same pan, reduce heat to medium and add remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Return chicken to pan and toss to coat.

4. Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.

5. In a saucepan, bring heavy cream to a simmer. Stir in Cajun seasoning and salt. Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until smooth.

6. Add drained pasta to Alfredo sauce. Toss to coat and simmer for 1–2 minutes. Add pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.

7. Plate the pasta, top with garlic butter chicken, and garnish with parsley. Serve hot.
