Ingredients
12 slider rolls (Hawaiian or soft dinner rolls)
6 slices provolone cheese
6 slices mozzarella cheese
8 slices Genoa salami
8 slices pepperoni
6 slices deli ham
1/2 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
1/4 cup sliced red onions
1/4 cup banana pepper rings (optional)
1/3 cup Italian dressing
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally without separating them.
3. Place the bottom half in the baking dish.
4. Layer provolone, ham, salami, and pepperoni evenly over the rolls.
5. Top with mozzarella slices.
6. Add shredded lettuce, red onions, and banana peppers.
7. Drizzle evenly with Italian dressing.
8. Replace the top half of the rolls and press gently.
9. Mix melted butter with Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes.
10. Brush the butter mixture over the rolls.
11. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
12. Remove foil and bake uncovered for another 7–10 minutes until golden brown.
13. Let cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
For best results, press the assembled sliders slightly before baking to help the layers meld together.
