Description
This Easy Turkey Panini is warm, crispy, melty, and full of flavor. Perfect for a quick lunch or dinner, it’s packed with savory turkey, gooey cheese, and your choice of tangy pickles or spicy jalapeños, all pressed between golden slices of crusty bread.
Ingredients
4 slices ciabatta or sourdough bread
6 ounces sliced turkey breast
4 slices Swiss or provolone cheese
4 pickle slices or pickled jalapeños
2 tablespoons mayonnaise or mustard
1 tablespoon butter or olive oil
4 lettuce leaves (optional)
4 thin slices onion (optional)
Instructions
1. Slice the bread and brush the outer sides lightly with butter or olive oil.
2. On the inside of the bread, layer turkey, cheese, and pickles or jalapeños.
3. Spread mayo or mustard on the top slice if using.
4. Preheat your panini press or skillet over medium heat.
5. Grill the sandwich for 3–5 minutes until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.
6. Let rest for a minute, then add lettuce if desired and slice before serving.
Notes
Use a skillet with a heavy pan on top if you don’t have a panini press.
Customize with your favorite bread, cheese, and condiments.
Avoid overfilling for best texture.
