Ingredients

1 1/2 cups chickpeas (drained and rinsed)

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/3 cup maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/3 cup chocolate chips

1/4 cup oats (optional)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet.

2. Drain, rinse, and dry chickpeas.

3. Blend chickpeas, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, baking powder, and salt until smooth.

4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

5. Fold in chocolate chips and oats.

6. Chill dough for 20–30 minutes (optional).

7. Scoop and shape into balls.
