Ingredients
12 slider rolls
1 1/2 cups cooked shredded beef
6 slices provolone cheese
1 cup beef broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
1/4 teaspoon sea salt (optional)
Instructions
1. In a small saucepan, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Simmer for 5–7 minutes to blend flavors. Set aside for dipping.
2. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
3. Slice the rolls in half horizontally without separating them. Place the bottom half in the prepared dish.
4. Evenly layer the shredded beef over the bottom rolls, followed by the provolone cheese.
5. Add the top half of the rolls to complete the sliders.
6. In a bowl, combine melted butter with garlic powder (plus parsley and sea salt if using). Brush over the tops of the sliders.
7. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 5 minutes until tops are golden.
8. Slice along the seams and serve warm with the au jus for dipping.
Notes
For extra crispiness, lightly toast the bottom buns before assembling.
Use room-temperature ingredients so the cheese melts evenly.
Leftovers are best reheated in the oven to preserve the bun texture.
