  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Optional: red pepper flakes, fresh lemon juiceSalt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Garlic Butter Sauce:
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Optional: red pepper flakes, fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken pieces dry with paper towels.
  2. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the chicken in a single layer (cook in batches if necessary) and sear for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked. Set aside.
  5. Lower the heat to medium, add butter to the same skillet, and let it melt.
  6. Stir in minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds to 1 minute until fragrant.
  7. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and toss to coat with the garlic butter.
