Instructions
-
Prepare the Cheeseburger Filling:
-
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked.
-
Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well to combine.
-
If using diced onions, sauté them with the beef until softened. Drain any excess grease and set aside to cool slightly.
-
-
Prepare the Dough:
-
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
-
Roll out the biscuit or pizza dough into individual circles (about 4-5 inches in diameter).
-
-
Assemble the Cheeseburger Bombs:
-
Spoon a small portion of the beef mixture into the center of each dough circle.
-
Place a cube of cheddar cheese on top of the beef.
-
Carefully fold the edges of the dough over the filling, pinching the seams tightly to seal.
-
Place the sealed side down on the prepared baking sheet.
-
-
Add the Garlic Parmesan Butter Topping:
-
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, and grated parmesan.
-
Using a pastry brush, generously coat each cheeseburger bomb with the garlic butter mixture.
-
-
Bake to Perfection:
-
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the dough turns golden brown.
-
Once baked, brush with any remaining garlic butter and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
-
-
