Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are a delightful blend of savory beef, melted cheese, and buttery garlic goodness wrapped in soft dough. Perfect for parties, family dinners, or game-day snacks, these bombs pack incredible flavor in every bite.

Ingredients

For the Cheeseburger Filling:

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup diced onions (optional)
  • 68 cubes of cheddar cheese (about 1-inch size)

For the Dough:

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count) or pizza dough

For the Garlic Parmesan Butter Topping:

  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cheeseburger Filling:

    • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked.

    • Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well to combine.

    • If using diced onions, sauté them with the beef until softened. Drain any excess grease and set aside to cool slightly.

  2. Prepare the Dough:

    • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    • Roll out the biscuit or pizza dough into individual circles (about 4-5 inches in diameter).

  3. Assemble the Cheeseburger Bombs:

    • Spoon a small portion of the beef mixture into the center of each dough circle.

    • Place a cube of cheddar cheese on top of the beef.

    • Carefully fold the edges of the dough over the filling, pinching the seams tightly to seal.

    • Place the sealed side down on the prepared baking sheet.

  4. Add the Garlic Parmesan Butter Topping:

    • In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, and grated parmesan.

    • Using a pastry brush, generously coat each cheeseburger bomb with the garlic butter mixture.

  5. Bake to Perfection:

    • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the dough turns golden brown.

    • Once baked, brush with any remaining garlic butter and sprinkle with fresh parsley.

  6. Serve and Enjoy:

    • Let the cheeseburger bombs cool slightly before serving to enjoy their gooey, cheesy filling.
