Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or cheese cubes)
- 1 can biscuit dough or pizza dough
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Season the beef with salt, pepper, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Let it cool slightly.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and flatten each piece.
- Place a spoonful of cooked beef and cheese in the center of each dough piece.
- Wrap the dough around the filling, pinching the edges to seal.
- Place the sealed bombs seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush each bomb with egg wash for a golden finish.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Brush over the bombs.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan on top.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
