Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or cheese cubes)
  • 1 can biscuit dough or pizza dough
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.
  3. Season the beef with salt, pepper, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Let it cool slightly.
  4. Divide the dough into equal portions and flatten each piece.
  5. Place a spoonful of cooked beef and cheese in the center of each dough piece.
  6. Wrap the dough around the filling, pinching the edges to seal.
  7. Place the sealed bombs seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  8. Brush each bomb with egg wash for a golden finish.
  9. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Brush over the bombs.
  10. Sprinkle grated Parmesan on top.
  11. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
  12. Let cool for a few minutes and serve with dipping sauces. Enjoy!
