1.5 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cubed
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions
