Ingredients
For the Chicken:
- 2 large chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
For the Wrap Assembly:
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup romaine lettuce or baby spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onions, thinly sliced (optional)
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (optional)
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped
For the Ranch Dressing:
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: Combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Coat the chicken thoroughly in the mixture and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill the Chicken: Preheat a grill pan over medium heat. Grill the marinated chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Prepare the Ranch Dressing: In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, mayonnaise (if using), lemon juice, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well until smooth.
