Ingredients

For the Chicken:

  • 2 large chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

For the Wrap Assembly:

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce or baby spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onions, thinly sliced (optional)
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (optional)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped

For the Ranch Dressing:

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: Combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Coat the chicken thoroughly in the mixture and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Grill the Chicken: Preheat a grill pan over medium heat. Grill the marinated chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  3. Prepare the Ranch Dressing: In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, mayonnaise (if using), lemon juice, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well until smooth.
  4. Assemble the Wraps: Warm the tortillas, then spread a layer of ranch dressing. Add lettuce, grilled chicken slices, cherry tomatoes, red onions, and cheese. Sprinkle parsley or cilantro for added flavor.
