It’s one of those classic breakfast ideas or dinner ideas that’s as versatile as it is delicious.

Ingredients

1 cup fresh spinach (or 1/2 cup thawed frozen spinach, squeezed dry)

1/2 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped

1/4 cup fresh chives, finely chopped

2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

1 clove garlic, minced or grated

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. If using fresh spinach, blanch it quickly, then transfer to ice water. Squeeze dry and chop finely.

2. Finely chop parsley, chives, and dill.

3. Let cream cheese soften at room temperature for 15–20 minutes.

4. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth.

5. Stir in spinach and chopped herbs.

6. Add garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice (if using). Mix well.

7. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance flavor.

Notes

Always squeeze spinach well to avoid a watery dip.

For extra flavor, refrigerate the dip overnight before serving.

Garnish with extra herbs and olive oil for a fresh look.
