1 pound rotini pasta

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons minced garlic

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning mix

1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)

¼ teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook rotini pasta until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for 6–8 minutes until cooked through and lightly browned. Remove and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
