Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 preferred)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup dill pickle slices
- 1 cup shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese (mixed)
- 1 tbsp oil or butter (for toasting)
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika (to season beef)
For the Secret Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp sweet relish
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and crumble the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Season the beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Cook for 2 more minutes. Set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients for the secret sauce. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave until pliable.
- Assemble each wrap: spread sauce, layer lettuce, pickles, cheese, and cooked beef. Add more sauce if desired.
- Fold the sides and roll the tortilla tightly like a burrito.
- Toast the wrap seam-side down in a skillet with oil or butter until golden and crispy on both sides.
- Slice and serve warm.
