Description

These Homemade Big Mac Wraps with Secret Sauce are a crave-worthy twist on the fast-food classic. Featuring seasoned ground beef, crisp lettuce, melty cheese, tangy pickles, and a creamy homemade special sauce all wrapped in a toasted tortilla, they’re fast, fun, and full of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 preferred)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup dill pickle slices
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese (mixed)
  • 1 tbsp oil or butter (for toasting)
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika (to season beef)

For the Secret Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp sweet relish
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and crumble the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Season the beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Cook for 2 more minutes. Set aside.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients for the secret sauce. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave until pliable.
  5. Assemble each wrap: spread sauce, layer lettuce, pickles, cheese, and cooked beef. Add more sauce if desired.
  6. Fold the sides and roll the tortilla tightly like a burrito.
  7. Toast the wrap seam-side down in a skillet with oil or butter until golden and crispy on both sides.
  8. Slice and serve warm.
