Ingredients
- 4 cups corn kernels (fresh, canned, or frozen & thawed)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 ounces cream cheese (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- If using frozen corn, thaw and drain. If using canned, drain and rinse.
- Heat a heavy skillet over medium heat. Melt the butter until slightly bubbling.
- Add the corn and stir to coat in the butter. Cook for 5–6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Drizzle in honey and add salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir well and cook for another 2–3 minutes.
- Lower the heat and stir in cream cheese (if using) until melted and creamy.
