  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water (for cornstarch slurry)
  • Sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, ketchup, minced garlic, and vinegar.
  2. Place chicken thighs in the bottom of your slow cooker in a single layer.
