Ingredients

  • 12 phyllo cups or wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup cooked bacon bits
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place phyllo cups on a baking sheet or press wonton wrappers into a mini muffin tin.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, shredded cheddar, bacon bits, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.
  4. Spoon the mixture evenly into the cups, filling them nearly to the top.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool for 2 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
