Ingredients
- 12 phyllo cups or wonton wrappers
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup cooked bacon bits
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place phyllo cups on a baking sheet or press wonton wrappers into a mini muffin tin.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, shredded cheddar, bacon bits, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.
- Spoon the mixture evenly into the cups, filling them nearly to the top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 2 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
