Ingredients

40 Ritz crackers

20 soft caramel candies

2 tablespoons heavy cream

12 ounces white chocolate or almond bark

Instructions

1. Unwrap the caramel candies and place them in a saucepan with the heavy cream. Melt over low to medium heat, stirring constantly until smooth.

2. Lay out half of the Ritz crackers flat-side up and spoon about 1 teaspoon of caramel onto each.

3. Top with the remaining crackers to form sandwiches and gently press together.

4. Melt the white chocolate or almond bark in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
